Over charged our small group of three… Server failed to note up-charge for substituted sides and price for an added side salad was doubled. I strongly recommend that groups with a combined bill review each charge thoroughly… highly suspicious practices.

I just wanted to take ownership of the fact that while I think this restaurant chain’s prices are too high in general, the prices at this location are not necessarily higher than others. I was incorrect on that. The rest of the place still sucks.

If you go there for lunch don’t be in a hurry, they screw up everything. Short handed don’t give silver ware with the food. Put the wrong sauce on my wings. Just slow and bad service.

At 8:30 on a Wednesday night we stopped in. The place was way less than half full. We stood in front of the«please wait to be seated» sign for 5 full minutes while at least 10 different waitresses looked at us and then away. One even rolled her eyes. When the last one walked right past us without a word, we walked out the door. I can guarantee we won’t be back.

My family and I truly enjoyed our experience tonight at this BDubs in Hammond. Our very friendly server Raelyn was absolutely fantastic. She had our drinks refilled before they were empty and the food was great as expected. It was also very bright, clean and we loved the enormous TVs all around us. It was nice to not have to look across the room to get a good view of the games. A must try.

I usually really enjoy going to bdubs with my mom or friends. This occasion tonight unfortunately was not the case. Don’t know if they were short handed or what but after about ten minutes of waiting after being seated the manager finally came to our table he was very polite. He took our drink order as well as our main entrée order a waitress who clearly had to have been new comes up and stumbles over her words apologizing saying that«she wasn’t even paying attention» like wow I wouldn’t admit to any guests in a business that I was working for that I just«wasn’t paying attention» to my guest. I would be more understanding about the situation if the place was mad jumping crazy. But it wasn’t. It was probably at 35−40% capacity After placing a VERY simple order. I e 12 wings mild and 18 wings mild with extra sauce and a basket of fries me and my mother sat and waited for almost 30 minutes We got our wings but I noticed something about my entrée. The basket they were delivered in had a sticker on it that clearly read«18» however there were 12 wings in the basket We told our waitress that our order was wrong She apologized and about 5 minutes later the same manager that took our order came back to our table and simply passed the buck stating that«apparently someone in the kitchen can’t count». He then dropped off the 6 missing wings. Like awesome. This was such an easy opportunity for them to satisfy our restaurant going needs. Instead, our waitress«wasn’t paying attention» to us. In a nutshell. The wait was unreasonable for the order we had placed and for the business capacity it was operating it. «Somebody» can’t count wings in the kitchen. And the manager passes the buck off to somebody else instead of apologizing for the confusion The wings and food are always good! But the experience was not one I will be returning for at this particular location anytime in the near future

Ordered online. Said the order would be ready in 20 minutes, arrived 20 mins later was told my order would be ready in 5 mins. Waited an additional 20 minutes until my food was ready. Best part they weren’t even busy. Barely anyone was in the restaurant. And they messed up the order. Never again you’re better off going to the Lansing.

I drive by here on I-94 and this place looks nice with the garage doors and it’s new. I guess I shouldn’t be excited since human waste at one time is «new.» The people running this place squeeze quarters so tight the eagles scream, because they are CHEAP with nacho sauce, CHEAP with boats of carrots, CHEAP with wipes, service is glacial, our waitress was surly, and I love Buffalo Wild Wings. Then the toilet paper was soaked in urine, I told someone and they ignored it. Sad.

Extremely slow service. Hair in our cheese curds(short, black, and curly kind). When I ordered wings I wanted to take advantage of the Tuesday deal but was informed it only went until 8 pm. Dumb. So instead I ordered the full price wings size small which means 10 – 12 per the menu. The wings came and I received 9. I normally don’t call people out on these things but at this point I was getting pissed off. To make matters worse each beer we ordered came 90% full as if a Dos Equis has a ton of head. No wet wipes on table. Had to ask for more than the napkins that came with silverware. Everything about this place screamed«we are trying to be as chintzy as possible to save money.» Only reason I stopped here was because I didn’t want to wait to go to the one in Michigan City. Bad choice. I hope this is not the same owner. If so, take note.

Pretty average for a Buffalo wild wings. The food is exactly what you would expect no issues there. There’s plenty of TVs I was there on Monday night football and there was not a lack of anything to watch. The service could use a little work, I was waiting quite a while for refills and my check. Overall it’s about you to expect from this chain not the best not the worst but somewhere right in the middle. If you’ve been a wild wings before anywhere else this is about what you would get.

Love this place! Bathrooms are clean, food is consistently good, The menus are changed constantly to mix it up The beer is always cold, there’s a huge selection on tap, and you can tell they clean their beer tap lines regularly It’s always a good mellow crowd in there And there are TVs everywhere you can always watch your favorite game The managers are friendly it’s always a pleasure to be able to take my wife there and have a good time and not have to worry about trouble walking through the front doors

Every time I visit here I wind up walking out. I want it to be just me. But it’s really more about lazy complacent employees who take 10 – 15 minutes to even notice me after I’ve been seated. I just tried to eat there. At 6:30. It wasn’t busy. And they ignored me. I asked to be seated someplace where I will be served. They moved me. I ordered 8 wings, 4 salt and vinegar 4 honey bbq. I was then informed that I can only order 8 pieces 1 flavor only. Because they don’t want to back the kitchen up. With such complications, like sauce. On wings. When I told him I order the exact same thing every time, he told me that was wrong. I said see ya. It’s nice to know that you get consistent service at all Bdubs. Consistently garbage service.

Wanted to dine somewhere that wasn’t too expensive being that my family & I wanted to catch a movie also Thursday night. I made a great choice! Our server, Tonei was awesome! She made my family & I feel at home and she was very informative. Although my first visit for a carry-out wasn’t top notch as it relates to the wait(being this location had not been open long) but this visit was very satisfying. I work in the field of entertainment and customer service and I pride my self on providing red carpet service at my place of employment, so when receive great service I like to talk about it. My husband was pleasantly surprised when a different employee approached our booth when she saw my husband’s cup empty and refilled his drink. I’ll definitely return and expect the same great service.

Besides the food just being worse than any B dubs I’ve ever been to(which isn’t saying much) the service was terrible. The waitress spilled a drink on my boyfriend and did not apologize and to top it off watched him while he cleaned up half of it himself. I rarely ever complain because I know the service industry is difficult work however, this is basic manners. I asked to speak with a manager who apologized and said he would make it right but then we never saw him again. An assistant manager then came to ask how our food was and I again let him know the situation. He explained that he had reviewed the security tape and stated that the waitress might have been in shock. Give me a break. Instead of taking the opportunity to apologize, «make it right» and take the high road he decided to make excuses. Workers reflect their leadership I suppose. We left our meal after a few bites of terrible food and will not return.

Excellent service, can you believe it? They’ve got outlets all around the outside of the bar for your cell phones! Awesome and more functional floor layout. Mike the manager and Brandi the bar tender are the coolest, put on the hockey game and gave us Margarita samples…
