Picked this hotel because it shows on every site to be pet friendly. I have a certified small service dog so could really go to any hotel but try to find pet friendly hotels just because we like to patronize them. Checked in and noticed a sign which stated a $ 20 pet fee. I told the clerk that we had a service dog. She told me that didn’t make a difference. Still had to pay the $ 20 due to extra cleaning cost. Interesting that it’s not an issue at La Quinta. So — we could have stayed at La Quinta which is higher rated for the same price — no charge for pets. I am becoming less and less enchanted with BW. We just don’t know what we’re going to find. Really should put a notice on the website that quotes the pet charge.

I am a diamond member with Best Western and the cleanliness of the room is way below standards. Floor was dirty and the furniture was dingy. Will continue to stay at Best Westerns though because they are normally very clean.

Didn’t arrive to check in until 10:45 pm. Hotel was aware we would be late. Room had not been cleaned when we walked in. So, they gave us sheets so we could make our beds but no towels. Since we had to make our own beds, they said we would give us a whopping 10% off the rate.

We booked a suite here on our drive back from Florida to Texas. After driving with two kids in the car for 12 hours, we arrived to be told that they gave our room to someone else. Showing them out email confirmation didn’t help. They didn’t seem to be too concerned, and didn’t try to help us find another place to stay. It being spring break time, everything else was booked up. We couldn’t find another room for 200 miles! We called Best western customer service, who called the hotel and they said that they had called us to let us know that they gave our room away. Lies! We never received a phone call. We have been loyal customers of best western for years! My husband will go out of his way to stay at a best western! Not anymore! I am horrified by the business practices of this best western! No apology, no extra points or free room for the major inconvenience that they cause my family. Looks like we’ll be looking for another hotel chain that cares about their customers.

The worse hotel i ever met. We invited 2 room with 2 queen bed each one, but then we came at 10pm we got 1 room with only one bed … we found our self with kids, in the middle of the night without any solution. you can not trust on this hotel at all! In addition, and because we had no choice with kids in the middle of the night — we had to take the room and sleep 4 people in one bed, even though we ordered in advance 2 Beds — We went into the room that was with a very strong of cigarette smell, filthy toilet and shower with remnants of previous occupants(hairs in the shower, etc.), constant noise from upstairs. In short, It Was very very bad try. we will not stay there again.

When I checked in, I told the woman behind the front desk that I’d like a quiet room, and she said she’d put me in a suite– no extra charge– since those are quieter. How nice! Then, the next morning, when Enterprise couldn’t come and pick me up for my rental car(since they weren’t answering their phones), I asked at the reception desk about ordering a taxi. Demonica(I think that was her name) told me that she didn’t know of any servicing the hotel, so she would drive me over herself. She gave me a lift in her personal car! And when I offered to compensate her, she refused, saying she only wanted to help out! Sooo nice.(Though I wound up giving her a little something.) I really want to give the hotel five stars for the terrific service I received, but the hardwood flooring– while attractive– made the room feel austere :-(. And in any case, I’d save five stars for a place that totally dazzled me. Otherwise, very happy with how I was treated.

Excellent room and service. The King size bed was very comfortable. Nice TV, free wifi and nice sitting area, frig and microwave. The morning breakfast is included and was quit good. Nothing fancy but the food was fresh and hot. Cereal and«make your own» waffles were available. $ 85 Bucks. But look after you subtract $ 20 for the breakfast its actually a great deal.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in!!! Parking lot full of people partying, almost impossible to get rooms cleaned, and staff that will look you in the face and lie(Lindsay) YOUARE A LIARANDYOUKNOWIT!!! Beverly in the morning obviously hates her job and people in general. If you have a choice DONOT stay here!! Thanks… Roy JR
