Unprepared. Tried to sell me a wilted, half-​dead arrangement that was sitting on the counter when I had specifically asked for a certain type of flower. Exact words were «well just sell her that». When I didnt want the arrangement, they told me they would just put a different color flower in place of the dead ones. They tried to help me, but the place isn’t for me.
