Q T Nails & Tan

Aside from this place being small and filthy (not just messy but incredibly dirty) the actual services provided are awful. Sure the workers may greet you with a smile but I endured the most painful manicure I’ve ever gotten. I yanked my hand away multiple times while telling him he was hurting me. He continued on being incredibly rough and hurried. Not caring that I was in pain or that he was doing a horrible job. Maybe it was just the technician I had. But you couldn’t pay me to go back.

When my friend and I got there, it was crowded. That’s a good sign, right? Maybe not. We waited for about 15 – 20 minutes until someone could see us. In the meantime, there was an extremely rude customer who was causing a huge scene because she wasn’t happy with her nails. No, this is not the nail salon’s fault that this woman decided to go full throttle in the middle of the salon. But. I thought it could’ve been handled better. It wasn’t being handled in a calm or diligent manner, she was mostly being ignored due to the fact all the technicians were busy. It was making everyone extremely uncomfortable. She even thrust her nails in my face to ask my opinion. They looked fine to me.
The salon is dirty and small. Technicians are somewhat friendly but they are in a rush due to the amount of people they have to take care of.
