Pump It Up

I’ve been to this location twice, once as a birthday party guest, and once for open jump. The party experience was quite good. Children well entertained in two different rooms with bounce equipment (three large bounce items per room), cake/​pizza room was clean. Open bounce, on the other hand, was a mess. Had to wait almost 5 minutes for someone to even come help us at the front register. Once they did, the bounce areas were woefully understaffed, with only two employees (one of whom clearly couldn’t have cared less about her job) in a room with 20 – 30 children. Room «A» wasn’t so bad as it is a fairly small space, and it was easy to see the multiple pieces of bounce equipment from one location. Room «B» was pandemonium, it is more spread out, and absolutely no one was watching the bounce basketball court in the middle, and the tweens behavior in there reflected the total lack of supervision (both by the company and their parents). Would not bring my toddler back for an open bounce session, but would consider hosting a party here if the price is right.

Had my sons Birthday party there back in January and would definitely do it again. The staff was great and are very well organized. Its nice to have a place where you are just with your own party and they dont try to make extra money by having open play time for the general public during the party.
