Meori Salon & Spa

I have been following stylist Stacy Ann for YEARS, she has been cutting my hair since my first haircut! I have never had a single bad hair cut from her and she is extremely knowledgeable about her craft. She always makes wonderful color recommendations and listens to the hair style I am looking for.
She recently moved to this salon a few years ago, and this has been the nicest salon yet! The staff are very nice and professional, and the entire facility is always clean and well kept. It also never smells like a typical hair salon, which I think says a lot. The owner is always there when I am there, which I think is very reassuring. The prices are reasonable too.
Overall great salon and I would recommend it. They also have a nail section, but it is separated from the general hair area, which I think helps with the smell.

I have been to many salons and this one by far was the worst. Maybe I shouldn’t blame the salon as much as the hair stylist — Stacey Ann. I wish I never went back to her for a second time. My first experience was minimal and pretty good but the second time, she destroyed my past waist length hair. I went there and specifically asked for a stylist who had the patience for long hair. I was referred to her. We talked extensively the first time and I told her I had no problem with her telling me if she didn’t want to take the time with hair as long as mine. I explained to her how important my hair was to me and I wanted to go to someone who would take care of it. She told me she loved long hair and had no problem doing it. The second visit was a disaster. She didn’t want to be bothered and totally destroyed my hair. So much of it is broken and all of it is completely damaged. It won’t even look good now with a hefty cut because it is broken and frizzy up to my head! It makes me sick to my stomach every time I look in the mirror :(It’s been two months now and it keeps getting worse every day. Because of how she fried it, it continues to break and fall out every time I wash or brush it. I don’t want to go out anywhere anymore because I am so self conscious. It is so frizzy, I cannot stand it but there is nothing I can do about it. I talked to the owner but it’s very sad because when we hung up, she didn’t think twice about my complaint yet I have to live with it every single day:(I should also mention that between the two visits, I paid close to $ 400. with tip BUT I did not get the quality I paid for!

Love Meori Salon. My hairdresser Stacy G. is the best!!! Everyone is always so friendly. The service is outstanding. Stacy turned me on to keratin treatments for my hair and I’ve never been happier.
