Five Stars for Loudoun Septic! On a Friday afternoon we came home to our Septic Alarm going off. I immediately called Loudoun Septic, left a voicemail and received a call back within 5 minutes. Jesse was at our home within the hour. Prompt, Polite, and Professional! He diagnosed the problem and replaced our ejector pump with a high quality pump. He came prepared with everything needed for repairs and no time was wasted in returning our septic to perfect working order. Did I mention this was on a Friday, late afternoon, in the snow? I highly recommend Loudoun Septic for any Septic issues, we are extremely pleased with the service they provided!

I’m Jesse Hott part owner in loudoun septic. We pride are self on doing things the right way, fair & honest sorry you feel you’re experience with us was less than satisfactory! But to are defense the sewer gases are body produces eats away at the concrete lids so that’s something that happens over time and we have to drive a long way to get those lids and then back to you to put them on a lot of time involved! As far as the «used» pump goes. That is absolutely unheard of for 1 after a pump is burnt out there is no way you can use it again unless someone wanted to spend countless hours trying to rebuild them not worth the time and effort especially when the pump manufacturers warranty the new pumps we get! We are a small family owned an operated business and my father built this company on doing hard honest work the right way!

I’ve used Loudoun Septic for routine service and repairs. Every time, the staff have been courteous and professional. I cannot comment on their repair prices as I did not shop around. When there is a threat of a septic backup into your house, there isn’t a lot of time to shop around or haggle. Both times, I received same day service with no wait time. The repairs were thorough, complete, and the crew cleaned everything up very well. I know they also used a high quality Zoeller pump when I had to have one replaced. It was expensive, but I know it will last.
Only 4 stars because I don’t know how their prices compare. Quality is very good and they are quick for repairs.

EXCELLENT SEPTIC SUPPORT TEAM! We have lived in Loudoun County since 1976. We have depended on Loudoun Septic over the years for support and maintenance of our septic systems (at two different residences) over those years. Highly recommend them to homeowners with septic systems.
