Heritage Health Alliance

I want to start with the statement that my rating does not reflect on my particular doctor. I am rating Heritage Health Alliance, not any specific doctor.
HHA is a good practice, and I think they do an overall great job. One thing I really like is that their records are computerized and when I walk out, I have a printed order I can read instead of a hand-​written order that I can’t make sense of. The nurses are pleasant and do a great job listening as you explain why you’re there. Even the wait isn’t usually bad — my last doctor you could wait 1 – 1.5 hours after your appointment time to see the doctor — here, it’s usually less than 15 minutes if they are running behind.
My only real issue has been the office staff. The response is short sometimes and follow-​through can be a little slow if you’re trying to get ahold of your doctor by phone. It’s not a big deal, but it can be really inconvenient.
Net result, I highly recommend the practice and encourage you to check them out.
