Friends on Third Salon

A dingy dump of incompetent, bumbling hacks. They DON’T know how to cut, color or style hair. Their specialty and only service is hair butchering. Went there for a salon day with some family members, not one of us received the services we wanted.
I received a horrible service with a side of attitude by «specialist» Kelena Cardwell. A rude and heavy handed woman with no creative or artistic vision or professional integrity. Instead of admitting to botching my color and trim – a harsh blotchy blue/​black, instead of brown– Kelena argued that she «did her job» and handed me to Tara to fix her handy work for an additional fee. If Kelena had «done her job» correctly, another appointment wouldn’t have been necessary.
Overall, It was a disastrous, overpriced experience. Do yourself a favor and don’t ever go there. You won’t make any friends on third only enemies.

I had a manicure recently with Gladis and it was a great experience. The service was well done and professional. The CND Shellac (hybrid of nail and gel polish) is holding up well and looks amazing. This place does hair, nails, waxing, etc. I will be going back for more nails and possible hair cut. Definitely a great place to go to in Hamilton’s German Village. I’d check their website because they have special promotions, i.e. mani and pedi for $ 50. Just the shellac manicure was $ 35.
