After going to Verizon and a couple other places trying to find a cell-​phone battery, I tried Batteries Plus after Best Buy recommended me to go there. Not only did they have the battery I needed, but the staff tested my battery to ensure it was bad and allowed me to try the battery on before leaving the store. While there I learned they can change watch batteries, key FOB batteries, and build custom battery packs for many household cordless devices (drill packs, shavers, sweepers). Friendly and knowledgeable staff too!
