I ordered and paid for slow rise foam insulation from Applegate in October 2014. After many failed attempts from their sales and shipping department, the foam never arrived. This is not a cheap product and I had contractors ready to go for months. My time, money, and patience were exhausted by Applegate without any explanation from them. I had the contractor cancel the order. I’m at a loss at how this all went down.
