Anh’s Nails

I went to this place to get my nails done for a special occasion. I got a pedicure and acrylic French manicure. I was there for three hours! My acrylics look awful. Clearly, this is not a place to go for acrylics. She even left white nail polish on my fingers. When I was leaving, I was telling the lady my dissatisfaction with the outcome. She ignored me!!! I will never go back.

Absolutely Horific!!! I had been going to the same place for three years, but the owners left and the girl who did mine left as well. So Ive been looking around. I went to another Hamilton place, and they looked great… but even though I keep my nails short, they kept breaking! Never had this happen before, and got tired of going back to have cracked nails repaired. So I was driving by, and saw Anhs was open. My first clue should have been it was completely empty! I explained to her what happened and asked if she had a matching polish, and if she could just repair the one nail, how much would she charge? She didn’t have a matching polish, but said she would fix the one, and repaint them all to match. I actually posted the results on FB and no one could believe how horrible they were!!! The one she «fixed» is bumpy and lumpy and disfigured, and they are painted as if a child did it!!! I cant believe I actually paid for this monstrosity!!! DONT GO HERE!!!

Pedicures are great, but acyrlics are HORRIBLE. I understand why a business associate of mine only gets her feet done here and not her nails. Nail construction was poor and the owner decided to give me a «free design» that looked like a toodler drew on my nail. I haven’t been back since.

I’ve been there three times and would not return. The gel manicure I got was fine for the first day and didn’t last more then a week. If you spend $ 25 a week on a manicure that should last up to 3 weeks in unexceptable. Don’t waste your money.

My mom had a better experience than I did since she had a different person working on her nails. But I had the male employee who seemed to not like what he was doing, didn’t respond well to a request, and did a 5 year old’s job on painting my nails. Disappointing.

I’ve had my nails done three times here, and each time has been a great success. I’m quite picky but Anh does a thorough, precise job, following all of my requests. The place is clean and the staff members are friendly and accommodating. The prices are on the lower end of normal AND there are great deals/​coupons. Of course, Anh is a sweetie pie, so that makes it all the better.
