Thanks to Cerberus Tech Solutions for diagnosing my Nexus 7 tablet problem on a walk-​in basis. Sonja was very thorough in checking out my tablet, figuring out the problem and providing straightforward advice about the possibility of repair versus replacement. She researched the availability of parts and researched the device replacement option.
