Quality swimming lessons at a challenging pace

Fun and friendly swim school.

Not impressed at all. This is a very expensive swim school, but service was subpar. I stuck with it for several months sure that it would improve; however, it did not. Two weeks before class was to start, I could not get a set time/​day verified despite several phone calls stating, I needed to actually know what day to plan on a lesson. Who can’t give you a time or day two weeks before classes start? Lessons were ok, nothing remarkable, classes had 5 kids each and things always seemed a bit chaotic and uncoordinated. One month I was instructed to get ear plugs for my child by their instructor, the next month, a different instructor, told me absolutely no ear plugs unless their doctor recommended it. What the heck? Can we get some consistency. It’s a small business, you’d think they’d be able to have instructors teaching the same way. Overall, I gave it several months, and was more and more disappointed. I wasted a lot of money there and the swimming never improved. I started my child in Foss and have been completely blown away at how much more professional Foss is and how much better the teaching has gone.

I really wanted my kids to attend this swim school. I stopped by the swim school last weekend and spoke with a gentleman there and he told me that to get my kids in, they would be put on a waiting list. He suggested that I call and speak to the lady who runs the place about whether my kids could get a confirmed spot. Unfortunately, I have been calling them for the past few days, at different times all through the day and no one ever picks up the phone. Pick up the phone!
