I consider myself lucky to find a fine, reliable, honest man, who does a good job! Joe re-​installed a fireplace screen, and replaced a ceiling fixture. We didn’t know that the fixture could have fallen and injured someone, or damaged furniture, the way it was installed previously. He got the right materials, and did the work in a professional manner. I needed to coordinate with a tenant, and Joe came reliably, always as he promised.
