I stopped here this afternoon for lunch. I decided to get my favorite lunch items, Tomato Soup and grilled cheese. Actually, the grilled cheese was not a traditional grilled cheese it was 3 grilled cheese sliders! Yes, grilled cheese sliders!!!
First, let me start with the tomato soup. It was FANTASTIC!!! I have never has a tomato soup that was so delicious! It was thick and rich and slightly chunky. Don’t like tomato soup you say? I dare you to try this soup and then tell me you don’t like tomato soup! It is truly like a party for your mouth. Oh… and just in case I forgot to mention, it is home made and a secrete recipe of the owner.
Now on to the grilled cheese sliders. This is a super creative idea for lunch. The sliders have a nice amount of cheese and are on delicious slider buns, actually I think I will go out on a limb and say that the sliders are Hawaiian rolls. The sliders are light with a little sweetness from the bread and a great addition to the soup!
They have a great menu and super friendly staff. They recently opened and currently are open for breakfast and lunch, but the owner tells me that they are looking to open for dinner soon.
I can’t wait to come back here and try some other stuff on the menu. I strongly recommend that my fellow Unilocalers come try this restaurant and support an amazing establishment!
