Great great place, items they picked and their natural grocery from nearby farms extra extra delicious, food is excellent there. Staff really helpful and friendly…

Charming location for a lunch spot. They had an eclectic country store grocery up front, antiques upstairs and the café in the back. We ordered in the back and then sat out on the front porch. The servers were friendly and attentive. The food was excellent. I had the cuban pulled pork sandwich, which was okay, but the Holly sandwich and turkey club sandwiches also got good reviews from my group. I was the only one to go with the pickle & chips side option for my sandwich, everyone else got salads and enjoyed them. It would have been good if they had a chip other than faxseed chips, but that didn’t detract from my overall experience.

Lunch offerings are an assortment of sandwiches, paninis, soups and more. Priced extremely fairly. The food is fresh, and the soup was HOT! The atmosphere is eclectic and friendly, as are the staff and patrons. This is not a stuffy place, you place your order at the counter, get your own beverage and bus your own table…(they bring you your food). Even so, don’t forget to tip! The store has MANY local purveyors of many different things – jewelry, soaps, honey, dog biscuits, produce, etc. etc. etc. Antiques and vintage clothes are also offered for sale. Enjoyable does not quite capture it!

The café serves fresh produce from the Lucky Dog Farm. You can really taste how fresh the ingredients are. The staff is friendly and the décor is charming.

Lucky dog farm store is so quant. The experience of being here is one of warm fulfillment, it fills you up ! I had a great lunch, a portobello sandwich, which was excellent. The salad however was no good, a kale salad with far too much salt, and a garlic that was imbalanced. But that’s ok, maybe a strange batch today. If ur reading this LDF, take down the salt in the kale salad and balance the garlic more. Very good fresh kale though. They have got great veggies and cheese and bread and honey and pancake mixes in the front. Coffee and cookies. Creams And candles. I bought a very cute knitted lama an old drawing of mother and child and a vintage hand towel with three little elephants embroidered along with some fresh groceries. This is a place you will thoroughly enjoy !
