It was time. My Rescue Green Wrangler was getting road weary and nearing retirement. Headed back to my fav dealership with specific color requests and the absolute need for roll up windows. My salesperson, Bill Swartz, was not really optimistic. He searched. And found exactly what I needed in Webster, NY.
Long story short. Initial request was made on the 14th of January. Jeep was picked up on the 19th. Price was pretty much what I expected and financing rate was great. Hopefully I won’t be searching for a new vehicle again, ever, but I if I had to Towne is where I am headed.

I wanted to buy a car from here. They wouldn’t negotiate or drop the price of the car by even $ 1. We left, no one ever called me or tried to sell me an alternate car. They could care less if they sold a car. About 2 months later, I notice they still had the same car I was interested in — except now the price was about $ 3000 less ! Unbelievable !!! Not impressed at all with this dealer.
