We ended up here because every other hotel was booked on a Saturday night. It was also the cheapest option in the area. Hotel staff is friendly but you get what you pay for. If you just plan to sleep here one night(sheets appeared clean) and don’t mind cleaning pubes off the bathtub and toilet then this is the place for you. If you are disappointed with this place you have no one to blame but yourself.

It was fine for what it was. The room had beds. They were comfortable enough and we slept. It was clean and cheap and the folks working the front desk were helpful. Considering I just needed a place to sleep and somewhere close-ish to Niagara Falls and, more importantly, had an available room, this place fit the bill. The price was much better than what other places were asking.($ 230 for an Econolodge?!? I seem to be missing the«econo» part there…) I also found the name amusing. Tally-HOOOOO!!!

I stayed here while traveling from Massachusetts to Chicago. We had to stop around midnight after driving all day, and my boyfriend picked the Tallyho out of all the other hotels and motels at the exit. At first I was reluctant to stay here(it totally looked like a motel out of any horror movie), but once we were in the room, I changed my mind about the place. It was SO clean inside, decently sized(we had a room with 2 double beds), and parking was right in front of our room. The motel is a few one-level buildings. When we were there, it was quite crowded. Probably because it seemed to be the cheapest at the exit. Despite being the cheapest, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. I’m giving it 3 stars because for what it was, it was good. But I wouldn’t go out of my way to ever stay here again. But perhaps that’s just because I never want to have to be in Hamburg, NY ever again…
