I contracted to buy an Inground pool with this company in 2015. It has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. The problem first started with their salesman, Who didn’t give the correct prices for custom features. Despite the contract being signed by both parties, they would not hold up the pricing and offered no concessions for their error. When construction actually started, the project management was even worse. Subcontractors were confused and milestones did not happen when promised. I should seen the signs earlier in the process. I would not recommend anybody use this pool builder.

Colleys make it easy to buy a hot tub but don’t expect speedy or courteous service. I called the place I bought it from and was told to call another place. I was then told I would be called back they same day. No call. Called again and tools I would be called back, no call. Called Hamburg and they had Fredonia call me, and this time I got a call. A «manager» named Katherine was nasty, apparently third time isn’t the charm. Now I have to wait 2 more weeks until they can come and I only use our tub seasonally. Very disappointed! !!!
