This is quite possibly the worst gymnastics gym in the area for competitive gymnastics. The coaches are incompetent and do not know how to teach technique and form. My daughter was miserable going to this gym and came home crying more times than not. She actually regressed in some of her skills during the time she was here. They turned gymnastics into something not fun. There is also no air conditioning which is miserable for the team working out for 4 hours a day in the hot Texas heat. The coach to student ratio is also quite high for the team and they rarely get any feedback. And the owners/​team coaches too off to Hawaii for over a week right in the midst of meet season.
