I worked with Charlie and his brother. I wish I would have read this before I wasted my money. EXACT same experience as other reviewers. They did not complete the work agreed to (and what work was done was done terribly). left & promised they would come back, and now they will not return any phone calls. Terrible experience.

I had Grout Genius (his name was Charlie and he worked with his brother) come clean my tile and grout in my current home and a new home I am moving to. They seemed nice and did most of the job. Most is the key word. If they had completed the work I probably wouldn’t have taken the time to write this review, even though there were issues with the quality. They said they did not have the right calking and that they would have to come back to finish sealing the sinks. Part of the contract was to do that work. They did not come back and will not return any of my calls. It is a simple task, but it was part of the job and the fact that they refuse to return my calls or finish the job shows the type of business they are. Once they got paid they disappeared. I am very disappointed and would recommend choosing a different company.

We hired Grout Genius to repair some grout in our kitchen. Brian was super professional from start to finish and did an excellent job. We would definitely recommend him to anyone.
