I had a problem with the restaurant with the quality of the food and contacted Corporate and the Manager contacted me to retry the food again. Was very happy with quality and value for the buck. For under $ 12 you get 10 wings, choosing of 2 flavors and 1 dip and seasoned fries with a 20 oz drink. The sauces are varied with taste and flavor. Also the boneless wings can be substituted and included with the classic wings with same variety of flavors. Will definitely be coming back!!!

What I ordered: 20 piece wings (garlic parmesan and smoke 9) and large fry. It was an online order and was ready when I got there. I was contemplating getting a side of cheese to dip my fries in so I asked about the small side of cheese. The guy proceeds to attempt to show me the size using his hands instead of just showing me a small cup so I say screw it «never mind». I get the food home and my wife opened it up and was like «WTH». All 20 wings were in the container that’s half the size of the normal styrofoam take out box. Why did all 20 fit you ask. The wings looked like they were from anorexic chickens. I haven’t seen wings this small in 20 years (5 cent wing night in Canada). I got them extra crispy which was a mistake. The Smoke 9 were actually good but the garlic parmesan was lacking robust flavor. Thank goodness I ordered fries. The large is a good portion and they are good but they were a little limp. There was definitely more fries than chicken on the bones and by weight. I would not recommend going here. Go to Publix and get 20 wings for $ 10 that are twice the size along with a sauce that you like to save money. I’m. really disappointed with my experience and to top it all off the I couldn’t do the survey because there is no check number on the receipt for the site and the phone number didn’t work. I hope this review will be looked at as constructive and not negative.

Had a coupon for 5 boneless wings so I gave it a try.
Order and pickup at the counter. You may order on line.
Table area clean and roomy.
No trash cans. They clean the tables.
After the counter man explained the different flavors,
I ordered the 5 free boneless with Louisiana Rub. A little kick.
They were heavy on the batter but OK.
6 regular wings with Smoke 9 flavor (only OK) with
soggy French fries, blue cheese dip and a 20 oz drink $ 8.99.
A little pricey but made to order so expect to wait a while.
May go back some day.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I placed two online orders Monday to be picked up at 11:30 am just in time for lunch right? WRONG! The cashier (Honestly wish I asked for her name) but she was obviously a manager of some sort. She was extremely unprofessional and RUDE! I explained I had placed two orders in which only one was ready upon my arrival… she told me it would be about a 20 minute wait for the second order, I waited considering I was on my 30 minute lunch break. I patiently waited the 20 minutes and as the place started getting busy I walked up to the counter and inquired about my order in which the woman told me «give her one minute» okay I understood as she had a line of customers waiting. So I asked another employee (didn’t get her name either) who actually tried helping me at first, after going through all the online orders she then told me all the online orders were closed out! Basically I sat there for NO REASON at all! The woman on the register didn’t even bother communicating to the other girl helping me to let her know she closed out the order (Mind you this is a manager!) So after me expressing I sat there on my lunch break waiting on this order they both proceeded to ignore me, I mean flat out ignore me… they went on helping other customers as if i weren’t even standing there. In my opinion on customer service this was handled in such a horrible manner, I work in the medical field so I understand that patience and professionalism goes a long way when it comes to unsatisfied customers. It was such a disappointment because this was actually my first time at a wing stop and the wings were actually delicious but they wont get any of my business now due to this unfortunate event and I will definitely warn others of this experience if the subject of wings or a wing stop ever comes up.

Nothing great. Wings were salty. .manager not willing to accomodate. Wings were small. on to find good wings.

Stopped in for lunch they had a special 20 wings for $ 10 which wasn’t bad. We ordered classic with several different flavors. The wait was rather long for 40 wings, they gave us all boneless when we asked for classic. The hot tasted more like vinegar and the wings were soggy. Fries were good.

It was late & i came hungry. But i left hangry, so dont wait… managers a dick to the employees & employees could careless about customers… half hour+plus to wait for what was fast fry-​able means someones dropping the ball here

Wingstop are the self proclaimed wing experts but unfortunately their food quality and service are very far from satisfying. Employees are slow and confused, wings are dry, Swimming in a puddle of grease. everything tastes like cheap, processed food.

Hey, the hubby has a hankering for wings sometimes, and trying to be the obliging wife, I am coerced sometimes. Don’t judge.
I like that Wingstop puts a lot of sauce on their wings. The flavors aren’t amazing. They are okay. Even their hottest wings are not that hot. It’s an easy, low key process to order without servers. It’s usually pretty quiet in here. It is just a really long wait for the food.
We will be back regardless. ;)

The food here was so good we ordered seconds to go. I believe everything is made to order so be prepared to wait… so worth it!

Best wing stop I’ve been too! Tried the one in NMB. Can’t even compare to the one in Hallandale! Lemon pepper is too die for! Also the smokey bbq! Will definitely be returning!

Wings are way overpriced and the staff are everything but nice. I saw one cashier talk very rudely to a customer. Not worth what they charge for food I can make better at home.

Stopped in here during my last visit to Florida. This place is brand new and very clean. The wings were hot and good but it took almost an hour for them to make the order. I wanted a quick meal and the place wasn’t even busy that day. There were 3 other people there also waiting for food. If I knew it was going to take so long, I would’ve went elsewhere. A big turn off. Also the fries were not tasty at all. I would not come back to this location.

Just my luck to run into a Wing Stop employee in the Winn-​Dixie parking lot, handing out flyers to get 5 free wings. The offer was only for October 14, celebrating the business’ grand opening on West Hallandale Beach Blvd. from 11am — 6pm. Now I’m not a big chicken eater, but who am I to turn down free food.
The place was packed with people when I walked in. It had a very casual atmosphere with plenty of seating where you can hang out with your friends, eating chicken while engaging in conversation or watching sports on either of the four flat screen TVs on the wall. There’s a window where you can see the employees put the wings in large metal bowls and cover them in the various flavors.
Wing Stop offers wings classic (with bones) or boneless in 11 flavors: Atomic, Mango Habanero, Lemon Pepper, Hickory Smoked BBQ, Cajun, Original Hot, Louisiana Rub, Mild, Garlic Parmesan, Hawaiian, and Teriyaki. You can order the wings by the piece, combo, or packs; with various side items (veggie sticks, cole slaw, potato salad, baked beans, baked rolls, seasoned fries, fries with cheese) and dipping sauce (ranch, bleu cheese, honey mustard, cheese sauce). They even got beer, all at a decent price. I tried the teriyaki wings and it tasted alright. Though the chicken was nicely cooked, the flavor didn’t strike me as a favorite. Perhaps I’ll choose a different flavor when I decide to try Wing Stop again.

I like eating at wingstop because I love their wings. But I’ve noticed that the wings at this location are way too salty. The salt is so intense I can’t even finish them. I would like to taste the flavorful chicken meat and not large amounts of salty seasoning. I don’t think they are measuring their seasoning here at all. It’s actually a little disappointing because I really liked this location. As for the service, I never had a problem at this location. They are friendly and always had my order on time the few times I’ve been there.

So, let me tell you my story today.
11.01am — order placed online (order ready time: 11.19am) — I still have receipt for this
11.20am — I arrived to the location and clerk at the cashier was very surprised about the online order. Then she found the paper on her desk about this order, means they didn’t even start the order — which mean I need to wait another 20 minutes.
Recommendation: if you are going to order, never do it online. Go walk in, but be ready to wait about 15 – 20 minutes in the line+15−20 minutes wait for the order to be ready
11.52am — my order is not ready, and I‘m getting frustrated, asking why people before me already received their orders and me not. Tarina, who works there didn’t care about me waiting there almost an hour now, so I asked to give me managers cell phone number. She said she can not.
Then I went to the wall where the state licenses are and found Michael’s (owners) phone number (note: don’t try to call him to tell him any complains. He just doesn’t care about them. After explaining to him what effect will bring to the restaurant if similar to mine review will come out, he said he «will sue you! We have lawyers all around the country, we are franchise»). You can see its not an intelligent person, first of all you don’t talk to customers who reach to you, to give you feedback about your business and your employees. And second of all, before threatening me that he will sue me, he should read US Constitution and specifically 1^st Amendment — Freedom of Speech. So, don’t even bother calling him.
About the food: wings are great, very similar to the Wings And Curls on Hollywood, but WingStop has more flavors. But after waiting for 1 hour to get them ready, arguing with Tarina and Michael the owner, it was really hard to eat it, so I threw it away, because of a fear that the person who was preparing the food, possibly spit in eat or something else.
My today’s phone call to the Managers Michael, WingStop Headquarters and this review are intended to help WingStop management to look better on the problem they are facing (because this problem exist — check Google reviews for this place, all saying similar things like I say in my review).

Great location, lots of parking.
Lines can get really long (even if you are just picking up)!
Fries are almost never cooked all the way through. It’s like eating hardened potatoes. Asked them to re-​fry plenty of times and its still just as uncooked… Hm.
