Outstanding staff and the doctor is an awesome guy. I have been to this office 4 times and it has always been excellent. They respect your time as the wait is short
One time I had a doubt about a charge and insurance coverage and the person at the front was very patient to explain
Today I had a problem with the insurance and the person went above and beyond to resolve it, which she did
The person who does the cleanings is extremely knowledgeable and does a thorough job and the person who took my xrays was very good too
Those who complain about insurance coverage and costs, I agree with you, but it is not the dentist office’s fault, it’s just the crappy health system we have

This place is the absolute worse. I came here once a long time ago and forgot how bad it was.
This time I had no appointment but the lady (African American) said they could still take me. I waited an hour and 15 minutes and was finally seen. However while waiting a patient came and was searching where I was seated (she lost her glasses). She asked me if I seen them and I said no, then a staff member came out and asked again (Caucasian women with European accent). I again said no, then they began to discuss how it made no sense that someone would steal her glasses. I felt as if they were directing the comments towards me.
Anyway, I went to the back and the dental assistant or hygienist (latin male) was super nice. He took xrays but the equipment that he had to use was not the best. The whole time Dr. Stephen was being a jerk to this guy.
Finally Dr. Stephen came in and told me I needed to come back for a teeth cleaning and should go see an orthodontist (happened to be his son of course).
I then went to the front to schedule the follow up appointment, and I was told the teeth cleaning would be $ 150 after insurance. I called my insurance company since I was covered for 2 teeth cleaning per year and my insurance confirmed this. I told the African American girl this and she told me that I needed a deep clean. I told her I want what my insurance was going to cove. We went back and forth about this and finally I told her to cancel the appoint.
HORRIBLE customer service by everyone except the latin male.

Tatiana, the know all do all member of this practice deserves lots of credit for her strength under adversity. With that said, Nick is a wonderful tooth tech and everybody else in this office seems competant and friendly. I have never had much luck with dentists since I left Boston, but hey, you know, this is Miami and what can you expect. This is a nice group all seemingly willing to save my teeth from the dreaded «family problem». At least I don’t hear figures of over $ 100,000 thrown my way and the parking is good.

Dr. Rothenberg is absolutely amazing he is patient and kind. I went in for a general check up I hadn’t been in years unlike most dentists I had been to he didn’t try to swindle me for money he was more about taking care of my dental needs not just cosmetic. 5 star customer service I would refer everyone I know.
