Lovely place to get your hair and nails done. Christina did such a nice job on my nails and took great care of me. My hair was cut, colored, and styled by Freddy, a short guy with black hair. He made me look beautiful!

Awesome place to get a haircut and wash services. The owner is a true gentleman. He came around the counter and greeted me with a firm and professional handshake. I am very happy with my haircut and the product that they used. I believe it was his own line!

I began coming here when Paul Miller moved from his own shop to working out of Robar. Paul is fantastic and well worth making the trip to Robar. Excellent service, great haircuts, and a good guy. Check out Robar and ask for Paul.

I went for a blow dry, I asked on the phone they told me a price, I was charged more than that, was my first time because my regular place was closed, I will never come back I prefer do it myself.

Worse salon ever and a total rip off!!! The owner of the salon started telling me while waiting to get my hair done that he was sleeping with one of the hairdressers who had a sex change from a female to a male. Then he said that he had another hairdresser that worked there that married a gay client and she was overweight and had all these procedures done of which one of them included having her Pu*** reconstructed. Who has conversations like this with people you don’t know, let alone clients??! The service was terrible. The stylist took double the time a normal stylist would and they didn’t even do a good job! My hair looked better before I came in. $ 300 later, I am a very unhappy client who will NEVER go back. Total rip off!

Like many other Unilocalers i often find great deals on services through sites like groupon and a few others… in this case i found robar through
where i purchased a keratin treatment for $ 90. Great deal, i always read the fine print just in case bc i have had issues with vendors honoring these certificates when you try to make an appointment. Well in this case i called and they were very friendly and i made an appointment with no problem. when i arrived for my appointment again everyone was very nice until they examined the length of my hair (its not insanely long– maybe a few inches lower than my shoulder… touching my upper back) the women who was helping me asked me why i purchased that certificate because there was a different one for long hair. well i explained that no there was only 1 choice and it said nothing about the length. the receptionist then called Robar himself to ask him and then passed the phone to me. He informed me that since i have long hair i would take more product costing more money and therefore the price for my hair is $ 200. i told him i 100% understand that concept but that there was no mention of hair length in the certificate. he claims it is a mistake that he needs to call about. he then told me had i called and told them i had short hair and he gave me a phone quote then i show up with long hair that the quote would not be valid. again i told him i completely understand, however, this was not a quote. i have already paid. this went back and forth until the women doing my hair took the phone from me and told him that my hair was actually not that long so she was going to do it. she went ahead and did my hair which she did good– but it doesnt matter, i will never go there again.
