Isabel’s pictures of our wedding are amazing. She captured the very essence of who we are and how we live.
My husband & I put together our wedding in 5 weeks. We had dated for a long time and finally just decided to do it. We both come from small immediate families but large extended ones, the kind you have to invite and feed. The first time I saw her photos, I was captivated, simply captivated. I felt she caught the moments that matter, those little nuances you always seen in creative photography. And let me tell you, those simple moments are very hard to catch if you’re not posing. She had pictures of the bride & groom where they look so comfortable with each other. Like it was meant to be. Am I romantic? Yes. Everyone loved our pictures, they really loved the ones we had in the train station, very different. We are New Yorkers, it was our thing. She looks for that one thing that represents who people are. I also LOVED the still pictures of the cake, the shoes, and then the pictures of people interacting. And the children, such wonderful pictures. I think of my pictures and I smile, reminding me of when we first met. That’s what she captured for me.
She took a ton of photos. She works hard and is very creative. During the wedding there were times I didn’t realize she was there. It was soooo nice. She knew how to maneuver through the family when it was just a crowd, capture those moments. And you know how it is when there are family members just standing there. Her assistant had just as much as stealth.
