Went here for a group workout, we rotated doing different sets. Matt the coach is really nice, and adjust each workout to our abilities, fitness levels and what we want to focus on. Somehow whatever the other people was doing seems easier than mine? LOL. There is no treadmill so it is mostly with weights, steps, kettles, balls and other strength machines. Matt told me that there are classes for circuit training and yoga. Looks like there are rooms for other rehab training etc.
