After approaching several agents specialized in the coast, we felt Donald was the best fit for us, and decided to work with him in our Lot purchase in Half Moon Bay. He not only connected with our vision from minute one, but also made sure that we made the most conscious decisions. He walked us through all the different neighborhoods in the coast and explained the qualities and disadvantages of each one. When we finally found the perfect spot, we did it with an increased confidence that it was perfect for us. That was 100% thanks to Donald.

Donald Miele is an exceptional real estate agent who is extremely knowledgeable about real estate trends and the overall market outlook. He helped us purchase our current home about 2 years ago. The house we purchased was built in 2004 but it was in disrepair so it sat on the market for a year. Donald advised us that this home was tremendously undervalued and not only would make for an excellent investment, but also a great primary home. He explained that the issues with the house were purely cosmetic and gave us an estimate of what it would cost to get it back to turnkey condition. That estimate coupled with the comps of other homes that were built by the same developer in the same time frame, really drove the point home. Given our budget we didn’t believe the sellers would accept our offer but Donald was thinking 2 steps ahead and submitted our first offer with the real offer to be delivered next. As Donald predicted, the sellers accepted our 2^nd offer. As I sit here 2 years later, our home has appreciated a little over 400k so needless to say we very happy.
If you are looking for an extremely intelligent agent that will take time to listen to your wants and needs and truly understands real estate, then Donald Miele is your agent. If we were to ever sell our home, i couldn’t with good conscience use another agent.
