This review is for his overall customer service. I called him looking to set up an appointment for notary on a document I wasn’t familiar with. Fortunately, he was familiar with it and gave me the info I needed, he even went out of his way to email me more information. He was open and willing to work with my schedule, unfortunately, we weren’t able to use his services but he was so kind and understanding about it. Real nice guy!

Charles was scheduled to arrive at our house at 7AM on a weekday. I opened the door at exactly 7, and there he was. He estimated 30 minutes to sign our documents, and he walked out of the house at 7:33. He’s friendly, knowledgable, totally prepared, and made the process very easy. Exactly what you want in a notary. Totally recommend. He was awesome.

I was impressed by the professional service provided by Charles. It was my first time signing loan documents at home (since the title company is just too far away). Charles really made the process smooth and painless. He contacted me a few days in advance and followed up on the day of signing to make sure I received the package in the mail. The signing took a bit over an hour, and Charles stayed patient throughout. His past career also allowed him to answer many of my questions regarding the incomprehensible loan terms.
