Adam came out to my campsite and diagnosed my RV charging problem at 12 o’clock today, Saturday. It was a converter that had to be picked up in redwood city and I was I half moon bay. His brother happened to be working in redwood city so he brought the converter back to HMB, bottom line is rig was fixed by 7pm. Great price plus great customer service !! Will use adam from now on! Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed!!!

After driving all day and setting up camp at Half Moon Bay campground we found our batteries were dead and wouldn’t hold a charge. Called Adam and he tried to troubleshoot the problem over the phone (in case it was something that my husband could easily fix). He came out to our campsite, diagnosed the problem, and was able to get all the parts we needed. He also worked with us and our schedule to come and install the new relay and batteries as not to disrupt our vacation plans… even tho he probably had better things to do on a holiday! From the first call we felt that Adam was top notch and wasn’t going to take advantage of our situation. Highly recommend.
