So as a last ditch resort contacted the CEO Jeff Coleman through Twitter, will know if he takes any action hopefully soon or is this type of company response is something that is actually encouraged from top management …

I have to say that my experience was nearly a mirror image of Mike R. — down to the lies told by Rob A. I paid to have full service packing and moving. I was assured by Rob A. that my belongings would be carefully packed and moved by professionals. The team that arrived was outrageously horrible. They were unkept and scruffy looking. My belongings were tossed around like they had no value — things were crammed together in boxes with little or no padding(yes, they broke a huge amount of stuff). The team complained the entire time ~ from the moment the arrived to the moment they left, they complained. There was too much stuff, there were too many stairs. I finally retreated to my car and sat, despairing. They announced that they were«done» and I was asked to make sure everything was packed. Drawers in the kitchen were still full, the bathroom hadn’t been touched, and they missed an entire closet. When I asked them to go finish packing, they told me that they weren’t going to pack anymore boxes. What!!! Apparently, they had decided that they had packed all the boxes they were going to and if I wanted to rest of the stuff to go, I had to pack it myself. Which I did, nearly in tears. How was this«full service» and«packing with care?‘ Later that day, Carol R. from corporate called to ask how things were going. I laid out the whole tale, how terrible things went, how nasty the crew was. She made some conciliatory noises and then said«but guess what! You are scheduled for delivery on 9⁄6!» That news assuaged me a bit, because that was the earliest possible time for delivery. September 6th arrived. I hadn’t heard a thing so I called Carol R. back. She said«Well, I called the driver and it isn’t actually going to be 9⁄6. It will be later in the week, we don’t have a day.» When I challenged her on this, she immediately went on the defensive and claimed she had«meant to give me an estimate, not a date.» Lies, lies, and more lies. I asked, in writing, to be put in contact with a supervisor. I never received a response. My belongings finally arrived. They made unpacking as painful as everything else ~ at one point in time refusing to reassemble the furniture they had taken apart(I had to have a screaming match with a rep at Coleman over that). They didn’t put down any protection for the floors and banged up everything. As I open boxes, I find so much stuff broken. Lamps smashed, glasses broken, they broke my kitchen chairs, my standalone fireplace, and there are marks all over my love seat. I have to believe the claims process is going to be as miserable as everything else. All I can say is that I regret, fully, the choice to go with Coleman.
