Bought a living social voucher for carpet cleaning for my parents. My mom called & was scheduled for later that week. My parents moved all their furniture out of the way and this guy was a NO SHOW. After multiple calls for a week, driving past the business address (nobody there), messaging through FB, we heard nothing. So disappointed !! Luckily, living social was great about refunding my money. Do not hire this unreliable carpet cleaning service!

Never on time, no set prices which makes miscommunication amongst workers inevitable, doesn’t accept credit cards, if you pay in cash you get no receipt so there is absolutely no paper trail. Son of owner is nice and personable, but cleaning is not thorough or effective

Great company! Just had them out to clean our carpets. Second time we used Miles, would highly recommend them. Local company, very thorough, quick, and reasonable.
