If your ever in sleepy Haines City Florida, there are few choice for stopping by for a couple of Pints of Beer or a Cocktail or two at a local Bar. Amos Tavern is one of (2) I highly recommend. Its a Locals joint with a few Pool Tables. It ain‘t fancy but prices are cheap, people are friendly and there is plenty of free off street parking. Not far away and a bit closer to Downtown is Rudy‘s «Licquorup» Pub. Pretty much the same and a Locals hangout. Drink «Responsibly» since Haines City Police and Polk County Sheriff‘s Department are (friendly) but have (zero) tolerance with DWI.
