Total Comfort installed a new Geothermal System for me last summer, and I was delighted with them at that time and have continued to feel the same. I checked out numerous companies prior to making my decision, and I felt comfortable with Patrick and his proposal. All of the references they readily supplied me seemed genuinely delighted with their work, so I went ahead and signed the contract. The company met, and at times exceeded, my expectations — and I can be very particular! They arrived to do the work when they said they would, completed it on time and were very neat in all aspects of the job, including the final clean up. The workers were courteous and knowledgeable, despite my pestering them with questions during the process. I have had two glitches since the original installation: a thermostat that was defective, and a programming dysfunction with the heating system. On both occasions, the company responded quickly and efficiently, correcting the problem at no additional cost. I have been extremely impressed with all of their employees, and Patrick has always been very responsive to any questions or concerns. What more can you ask for of a company?! Patrick was also instrumental in assisting me with all of the paperwork necessary to obtain my rebates for the system from my electrical supplier, the state, and the federal government. I’ve had too many contractors fall short of expectations, but Total Comfort is a family owned business, I found out, and they run it accordingly, with extreme attention to customer needs and top quality work at a reasonable cost. Kudos to Total Comfort, and thank you for showing me that companies like you have NOT gone the way of the pterodactyl!
