Great place. Quiet, free wi-​fi & AC during really hot days is nice. Only used same washing machine & dryer for a load 2x I’ve been there. Only cost a total of $ 3.50 (brought own detergent). Wasn’t to busy either so that was great as well, especially on a Sunday afternoon.

This place sucks! Cheapest washing machine is $ 2.50 a load. One of my machines did not work. #18. I called a number posted on wall and was told to fill out a form located by the office. I must not be alone. It was empty.
Their dryers also suck. 25 cents for 7 minutes and it’s cool to the touch. Takes about 2 dollars and close to an hour to dry a light load.
Their free Wi-​Fi service did not work. Place was a mess. The carpet was dirty and so were their counter. I used a paper towl to wipe it down. It was black. I would never be back

Wow! I have to take my comforters to the laundromat for the heavy duty washers. This place is very nice. Most laundromats, especially in Hagerstown, are full of sketchy people with disheveled babies drinking Pepsi out of a baby bottle. This place is different. You feel safe and your clothes get clean. This is the ONLY place I will go!

You will not find a cleaner or nicer laundry facility in the area! It is air conditioned, has several TV’s to watch, several booths where you can sit and eat while you are doing your laundry. Plenty of washers and dryers. Open 24⁄7. I highly recommend this place.

wow! I remember when this place had no air conditioning yesterday was so hot and I actually enjoyed doing my clothes. Best place in the area.
