It’s the management at store level. Awful — terribly unprofessional. It’s has a trickle-down effect to employees. Lot’s of favoritism going on there. I don’t go to this store unless I can’t find what I’m looking for at the other Martin’s or Aldi in the area. And as someone that DOESN’T believe the customer’s always right, I’ve seen some nasty customers there too. Shop elsewhere.

Stopped to pick up some meats and seafood for grilling. Meat department butcher George was great(5 Stars)! Seafood girl Laren was less thrilling. Not sure if she was having a bad day. How can I help you, anything else is the extent of her mono tone responses. Asked for a smile since she looked so serious. She replied that would cost extra. Either dry humor or her customer service requires some further training. As a RDM overseeing several retail stores customer experience is #1

I have been coming to this grocery off and on for the last eleven years. Its been going downhill every year. Customer service is getting worse too. Its not usual to see the employees stand around talking instead of helping bagging. This morning I went there and noticed that aisles were blocked with pallets at 8am. I had to dodge around one pallet to get what I need and the employee stocking the shelves displayed a disrespectful attitude to me like I was in his way. When I asked to speak to the manager I found out this person was actually a manager which surprised me because he was unshaven and wore wrinkled and dirty clothes. I then called the main office and was told a district manager would contact me but I have not received a call yet. That explains why the customer service in this store is nonexistent. I wont be going back to this substandard store.
