This place offers great associates who will walk you to your product, show you how to use it, ask if you’ve any questions concerns etc.
Sadly this store also has associates that point you to the wrong end of the store, state blankly at you or worse get into a pissy mood.
Guess its the bane of being a big box store. Lot better than Home Depot but how could it in ll honesty be worse???

Always a helping hand and every time I need a particular item the person I ask knows his product. Great staff always very friendly and helpful. I also compliment them on the cleanliness of the store.

Decided to try the Lowe’s in Hagerstown. As soon as I walked in, I was asked if I needed help. Staff are very knowledgeable. Had some issues with lights and the service person in that area provided me with a solution.
Another thing about this Lowe’s, it is very organized, clean, well stocked, plenty of friendly staff. I wll drive the extra 30 miles to go to this Lowe’s.
