Caught this store in the middle of a MAJOR sale this weekend. The staff seemed almost as excited about it as the customers. The sales associates were cheery and delightful, offering ideas and suggestions, helping shoppers make some very tough decisions («Do I get this bag in every color, or should I get this one color in a different style?») and making the men in the store feel slightly less out of place (like my very patient boyfriend!) They walked around with cheat sheets to help customers get an idea of how much their purchases would cost, and they happily did dozens of price checks for customers, when asked.
I was having a hard time finding the right bag for me. I was in the market for a black patent leather bag (which they didn’t have), that I could comfortably carry on my shoulder and tuck underneath my arm, that I could both wear to work and dress up, and that had a full zip closure. Nothing I found seemed to be fitting the bill. One of the associates (I think my receipt said her name was La H.) stepped in to help me and nabbed my (almost) perfect bag on the first try. It wasn’t patent leather, but it was still pretty damn fabulous.
And when the whole store is on sale, you can’t stop at just a hand bag… that would be rude. No, one must share the love. So, I picked up some accessories for myself and for a friend (also on deep discount!) and STILL walked out paying less than I would have paid, full price, just for the purse.
That, ladies, is what I call a score!

Wow I can’t believe the reviews here! I always see a million adorable items. The year or so they’ve really upped their sales game I’ve noticed. This is one of two stores I ALWAYS stop in when I’m driving past. I have tried to sign up for their emails and still don’t get them for some reason. My experience with the sales folks is always pleasant. Also I’m always in sweats when I go here just to put out there that they aren’t stereotyping folks.

Like other reviewers, I love Kate Spade and wanted to find something! No luck. I walked around the store twice, wasn’t even acknowledged. They did not even look up from their conversation about boys and what they should do about their situations.
They had an extra % card promotion this past weekend for Labor Day and wasn’t told about — I saw a stack of the cards lying on a table.
I’ve experienced much better customer service and selection at other KS outlets. Don’t bother with this one.

Awww. I walked around the store two or three times. It didn’t take long. I was trying to find something to buy. SOMETHING. PLEASE! Nothing? fine. so disappointed. And Ashley S. is right about the customer service. They are unfriendly KS girls.
