Went through the drive through and ordered donuts and munchkins. All were crusty on the outside. Not fresh at all! We jumped on the highway before noticing that the donuts were not edible or I would have returned them.

Just ok. Frozen donuts thawed and served. Make sure you are there early. They get stale fast. I don’t get how people love their coffee. Yuck.

The people that work here are not nice or helpful at all. They talk on the phone and text before they will take your order and then when they do it take them like 10 min to give you your order and it still my not be right

Out of all of the Dunkin’ Donuts in Hagerstown this is my favorite spot. The service is quick and friendly and they have a nice dining atmosphere

Don’t waste your time. Just like every other Dunkin Donuts owned by the Hagerstown franchisee all you come away with is excuses. 9 times out of 10 I leave the place unsatisfied. Often I leave with nothing. My wife and I enjoy Coolattas but I have lost count of the the number of times I have tried to order them only to be told«The machine is broken». It’s turned into a bad joke between me and my wife. The Pennsylvania Av. store is just as bad if not worse. The franchise owner called my wife once(after she had complained to corporate) and blew some smoke up her $#$# about how there was always two Coolatta machines running and how he was going to make it right with coupons. We never received anything. I personally am done with the franchise in Hagerstown. Don’t go unless you are into disappointment.

I was here opening day and had no issues whatsoever. I walked in, ordered my dozen, paid and walked out very happy. Fast forward a few days and service is abysmal. Several people are complaining about long wait times, incomplete orders, wrong orders etc. Every person walking away from the pickup counter has been given a half hearted«I’m sorry about that». Not a very good start.
