I purchased in item on their site a few months back. I took it out of the box but never used it and returned it about 3 weeks later. On their site it says they «don’t have a return policy». I called them about it twice both times the person I talked to didn’t seem to know much and both times kept me on hold for 5+ min as well! But why I give 1 star is because they didn’t even give a full refund, even though the item was not used… Charging a restocking free of 20%, which of $ 200, is $ 40… I know for a fact any other major instrument distributor would have given a full refund, so for that I will never shop with them again. I always go with Sweetwater, their customer service is amazing.
