Amazing staff that does amazing work for both men and women!

I had read previous reviews and was very excited about getting a massage at Bella Salon and Spa but it was a huge disappointment. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A QUALITY MASSAGE. I have had many massages before, all types and techniques. The woman, I believe her name was Sarah, was absolutely horrible.
She didn’t understand techniques, she didn’t massage my face or hands. She started with my legs and there was no continuity at all. She used three different kinds of pressure, kept shaking her hands instead of smoothe motions, and when she massaged the front of my hairline she kept tangling my hair.
At the end of the massage, she said «thank you» in a very loud, normal tone and then went off to wash her hands without saying anything. Then opened the door and was gone. Every bit of tension I had gone in with, left with me and I was covered in thick oil. She never massaged it in so I was sliding in my shoes and it was running down my neck.
If you’re looking for a quality massage, don’t go here. It was terrible and a waste of money.

Excellent, well managed salon! Operators are knowledgeable of new techniques and are extremely professional. Salon offers full array of services all done with experienced professionals. I’ve lived in this area for 30 years and cannot think of a better salon locally! Highly recommend Carla Overberger!

I just went there yesterday for hair extensions, at first i loved them but after the first wash they look very unnatural and you can tell where my real hair ends! i love bella salon because about 2 years about they fixed my hair that another salon messed up but yesterday just wasn’t my day. they are working with me and willing to fix it but I WANT MY MONEY BACK (250 for extensions and 350 to put them in) which they said they have to talk to the manger about which I’m pretty sure they are going to say no! i just want this thing out of my hair, i don’t know if i will ever go back there now and it sucks because i thought i found the perfect salon.

After trying all of the other salons, I finally found my favorite place. Bella’s staff does a great job of being warm and welcoming. The salon is always clean, buzzing, and full of great hair!
I have gotten my haircut by Jess numerous times now. She is truly an artist. She listens to my requests, asks questions, and makes sure that I am completely satisfied before leaving. It is easy to tell that she is passionate about her work. She has colored my hair twice (blonde highlights) and both times it looked amazingly natural. I’ve gotten tons of compliments after coming here!
My only complaint (a minor one) is that I have had issues with scheduling. At least half of the time I’ve called during business hours, nobody answered. Since they take a while to return messages, I always just call back until someone answers. Once you get someone on the phone, they’re always kind and have the schedule readily available. I usually have to plan about a week in advance to have Jess cut my hair, which is no problem what-​so-​ever.
As far as pricing, Bella is very comparable to the other higher-​end salons around. My haircut usually costs around $ 40, but I’ve paid as much as $ 120 for a cut and color — plus tip. It is definitely worth it, as they are always reliable and really work to make it an experience. If you are looking for a new salon to call your own, I highly suggest Bella!

The salon director Christy did a great job of resolving the issue. And she paired me up with Renee who has been at Bella since they opened the doors and also worked with the owner at another salon for years. She did such a great job really listening to what I wanted out of my haircut. It was like we just were having a conversation and it was done! Great experience I plan to make an appointment with Renee again as soon as my schedule comes in!

Bella Salon recommended I have my make up done a full 4 hours before my wedding started. I think not.

I had my first ever «color treatment» today at Bella and am more than happy about the results. Jessica LISTENED to what I said I wanted and that’s exactly what I got! The whole staff makes sure you are comfortable while there. I will definitely go back for repeat services.

I have been going to Bella for about 3 years now. The staff is wonderful and they do an amazing job with the services they offer. I usually feel like a hag when I walk in, but a babe when I walk out. I see Liz. She takes her time and does a great job. You can tell she takes her career as a stylist seriously and wants her clients to be happy. I have never been disappointed in her work.

I have been coming to Bella for years and have received services from my Dawn, Karen and Brandy. Dawn is not only my primary stylist, she has also become a great friend!
I love Jo & Kristi at the front desk along with everyone else at Bella. If you are not happy, they will make things right.
Very professional and priced competively. I am moving to NC in a few months and I wish I could take Bella with me!

I have just recently moved from the other side of the bridge and away from my hairstylist of 15 years. I came in and saw Jessica and she made me so comfortable. She was very patient. Everyone that I met was very friendly and willing to help.

Jessica is a great hair stylist. She is gentle, complimentary, and talented. If you are near Western MD book an appointment with Jessica! She also dye’s my eyebrows – expertly. Once she was running behind, and gave me complimentary conditioning so that as I waited, my hair was happy. A lot of the girls at Bella are young, and I had fine haircuts from two other girls before I got Jessica at random, and now I won’t go to anyone else. Jessica is the best!

The best esthetician i have ever seen; melinda is worth every penny. I can not say enough about the service that i received except tha tif you want someone to answer all of your questions and to give you a skin type specific facial that addresses your concerns, look no further. I have gotten facials all over the and i have never had such fast and incredible results.
