Ive been buying all sorts of apparel from this Hadley store ever since it was in the Hadley Mall– Ive always loved them but this last purchase really rubbed me the wrong way which is a huge bummer. I am avid snowboarder who rides out in the west in the rocky mountains of colorado — yet i still ordered my jackets and snow pants from this location — I bought a jacket from this location to wear for snowboarding — my first season with the jacket the velcro that covers the main zipper that zips up the jacket started to peel off — then my zipper started to not work so well, so I decided to return it to this location and the guy said they could send it back to the warehouse so they could redo the velcro which I was cool with — I got the jacket back and the velcro’s were twice the size and they were black (when they were suppose to be red) — which i really didn’t mind as long as they worked — The following season the other side of the velcro started to come undone, my guess is because they were twice the size of the other side of the velcro so they were stronger and ripped off the other side — I went to return the jacket to get the other side redone but the guy said it was too late and I was out of my warranty so there was nothing they could do about it. «(the jacket was only worn for 1 and a half ski seasons!) I’ll take my family along with my extended family to business such as LL Bean. Thanks for all your business prior to this jacket!

This EMS store is great. My partner and I are going to be backpacking New Zealand this winter and are starting from scratch with gear. Fortunately for us, Tom at EMS was very helpful and full of information and answers to our (many) questions. He took the time to stuff several different backpacks for us and explained the differences between each bag thoroughly, and also introduced us to some other essential equipment. Thanks, Tom!
