The Art of Manliness is here! I really like this shop. It is like a man-cave. Even though the building is small, the owner has a nice stock of well curated goods. They have menswear items that are Made In USA, England, Ireland, etc… Woolrich, Bill Khakis, Shinola wrist watches(made in Detroit), DuluthPack & American Trench(Philadelphia). They have fine grooming accoutrements like shaving soaps and fragrances. They carry this beautiful bison Duffel/Weekender bag made by DuluthPack that looks fantastic. They sell these heavy duty/handmade bottle openers(made from a Railroad Tie Spike) by a local craftsman in the Philly area(very cool, would make a great gift). They also carry some cigars, hot sauces, beef jerky and craft booze. Today I ended up buying a pair of Woolrich winter gloves on sale, very nice!(slim, not too bulky & office appropriate). The owner of this store is a cool gent(Mitch is the son of Frank Gorshin, the late actor and impressionist who played the Riddler on TV’s «Batman») Suggestions: Would love to see some 100% Lambswool sweaters from Hawick, O’Connell’s, etc.(or budget sweaters such as Woolovers of England). Would also be interested in some Goodyear welted boots from Oak Street Bootmakers(trench boot) or Chippewa(general utility service line). Check Gorshin’s Facebook page for stock/inventory updates. I would love to see this store expand and I hope it continues to prosper.
