Absolutely awful. In addition to be slow and careless, they stole perfume from my bathroom (the only room they were left alone). I’ve used them before and they were good, but this time was awful. Do not use!

They are the worst. We moved from NJ to CA and really wish we had gone with someone else.
They showed up 4 hours late to pick up our stuff in NJ. They delivered on time. But they charged us $ 500 more than the initial price quoted. And I talked to them extensively before the move to give them a very accurate list of what we were moving.
When I called them later to address this overcharging issue, they gave me the major run around. After about 10 frustrating attempts and calls, I gave up.
I don’t know how they’re rated A on better business bureau. Maybe all movers suck and they’re the best of the worst.

Pros
–Pretty good, for an insured moving company that is kind of official, fairly affordable at about 80 to 100/​hour.
–2 of my four movers were good. The other 2 were not so great.
— Would probably use them again, just because they are cheap and I would hope for a better crew.
Cons
–The lead foreman of my move, was quite a character. He was not happy with me, was giving me upset stare the whole move, eventhough they arrived 2 hours late.
–One of the movers was litterally under 5 feet tall and could barely carry lawn chair.
–He was so weak he dropped my dinning table and left a dent
–They also were careless with my side tables and dresser, cracking both, but not too badly.
