Why do I torture myself? That is the question I ask myself every time I go to this Stapes. The workers are miserable. They clearly hate their job. Whatever I am looking for is always out of stock. If I go here again someone please cattle prod me!

Nice location right off route 4. Parking is scarce once Applebee’s becomes crowded. Great selection of products and nice service.

I went to 3 Staples stores to purchase something that was in an ad that was incorrect. This wa the only store where they bent over backwards to accommodate me. The item was a shipping box that was not in stock at any of the stores. I asked the same question at all 3… can you do something with a price for a larger box? The other two said no. the manager here simply said «what can i do to make you happy.» I told him and he did it. I went back the next day and saw him again and told him i was there because of how he reacted!

If you want office supplies, Staples is great! If you want something else, go elsewhere. Took an 8.5×14 calendar that I printed at home to get spiral bound. Was told to come back the next day. Came back two hours after I was told the next day, not only was it not done but they couldn’t find it at first. After it was located, they tried to do it even though they had no clear cover to out on it or a 14″ spiral. I left there with a ruined calendar (they sliced off the tops of most of the pages), no back or front cover, a 12″ spiral AND a $ 20 off coupon IF I spent $ 20. If they couldn’t do it correctly in the first place why try? Now I need to reprint it and go elsewhere.

I know it’s crazy to give a staples a 5 star rating… but these guys are great. I’ve bough all my tech stuff here. Good prices, stand behind the stuff.
But what makes me say they are great is that they have sorted thru all the problems that come down from corporate, like when rebates don’t work because i didn’t dot all my i’s.
