First time at this smashburger. New Jersey Burger was tasty, just slightly dry. But with a tad extra mayo and smash sauce, it was all better. We got a side of smash fries and a garden salad. I’ve never had a fancier side salad than this! Their chipotle dressing was super tasty! There’s a strong kick but it wasn’t overbearing either. The cashier was funny and a lady kept coming around to make sure we were okay. Surprisingly, it wasn’t annoying at all and rather made this meal pleasant and enjoyable! Will come again!

I’ve been to this smash burger location a few times. I do like the menu options, and the quick service. Smashburger is fresher then the regular ‘fast food’ options which is always a good thing. I also liked that they have healthy options when selecting kids meals. I ordered the fried pickles and I don’t think I would order them again, they didn’t taste similar to how they taste at other restaurants. This is, however, a good quick stop for a bite when you have little people with you, and I’m sure I’ll be back in the future.

Never had a problem, it could be hard to find a seat if you go on the weekends. They have made a larger menu selection during the past few years.

Smashburger, I’ve been to this place a few times and most times it was great. This time, I didn’t care for it so much. My mother and I popped in her for lunch, she ordered the Avocado Club, while I ordered the Baja Cobb Salad. We used a redemption code in order to get a side, so I ordered the Sweet Potato Smash-fries. We got our drinks and sat down, and not too long later we received our food. Mom-dukes food looked great, my salad looked great but I feel like i didn’t received that much salad. The Guacamole and Onion in the salad didn’t taste fresh at all. The chicken in the salad tasted great though. I just wasn’t too impressed overall. The Sweet Potato fries weren’t that bad, but I know next time, I should just go all out and get the Regular Smashfries. Maybe I should just stick to the burgers.

I love burgers, but since having a Whataburger in Texas it’s really hard to truly enjoy them. All I keep doing is comparing them to what has become my favorite burger. Smash fries are good, but a little salty for my taste. They do have a pretty damn good burger.

My boyfriend loves this place he is always there with friends well he finally brought me home a smash burger with rosemary fries and I have to say it was delicious. The burger was juicy the condiments fresh and the potato bun so soft. The fries were crispy not overly seasoned it was a great meal. I plan on going back to actually dine in and try the milkshakes.

Nice looking place. Friendly, helpful staff. Food ok to good. Burgers: yet another place that won’t allow you to order your burger cooked the way you want it. When asked why the manager said that they were concerned about safety. Do they question the quality of the meat? Obviously not. Why not put a disclaimer on the menu and let me order the way I want? I assume the squashing/smashing of the burger is part of their signiture cooking technique. Too bad anyone who knows anything about cooking knows that this is one of the worst things you can do to a burger. It makes it dry and tough. Toppings were reasonably good. Burgers: two stars Sides: Shoestring fries: very tasty with the Rosemary. Nicely cooked. Fried onions: while I prefer a real meatty onion ring these were very good. Dipping sauce: simple horseradish sauce. Not my favorite but pretty good. Sides: 3 stars Shakes: excellent milk shake. Four stars. Over all ok. I’ll go again if I am in the mall at a meal time. For the same price point there is a Five Guys Burgers just down the street(also don’t cook to order). Slightly better burgers. Bobby’s Burger Palace is just down the road and is far better at the same basic price point(maybe a little highr but not much). Burgers cooked to order, interesting toppings, good sides. Again, smashburger isn’t bad but there are better alternatives.

Burgers are okay the restaurant itself is pretty clean. I haven’t tried the chicken sandwiches yet. I go here often because of the location is never to busy and staff is friendly but once again burgers are just okay.

Food isn’t bad but the restaurant itself can be cleaner. Lots of grease all over the chairs and tables.

Wimpy burgers, inedibly salty fried pickles, and excessively oily fries. There’s absolutely nothing«smashing» about this place. Overpriced and completely underwhelming.

This place has good burgers and chicken sandwiches. Their burgers are good, but I really like their chicken sandwiches! I find that the chicken is flavorful and not dry. There are so many different flavor combinations available, especially when you build your own sandwich/burger. Their food tastes really fresh and their vegetables are perfectly ripe. Their smash fries are delicious! I love the flavor from the rosemary on their thin and crispy fries. The sweet potato fries are a little thicker cut than their regular french fries, but have a nice sweet flavor to them. The staff here are also very friendly. They will bring your food to your table, and they also clean up your trays for you. A couple of the staff came up to me asking if there was anything else that I need.

I cant say I love burgers but this place was actually not bad!!! I had grilled chicken with avocado sandwich and it was delicious!!! Fried pickles were really yummy, very very salty but delicious and didn’t bother me at all for being so salty because I love salty food. :)

I don’t give out 1 star reviews lightly, but to put it bluntly, it was just awful service. After more than 30 minutes waiting for a couple of burgers, we decided to ask what was going on and it turns out they forgot to put in our order… We decided to get a refund, which was another 30 minute wait. Not sure what was going on there that day, but the experience was very off putting.

Enjoyed all the food we bought. My family the New Jersey chicken, New Jersey burger, kids cheeseburger, and Cobb salad. Each one of us got different fries so we tried them all. The Rosemary fries were the best! We even ended it with a vanilla and Oreo milkshake. Yum.

New Years Day Lunch! We ordered online and sent someone to go pick it up for us. Thankfully I didn’t have any issues with my order but a few of my coworkers said that their order was wrong. Few toppings missing or received sweet potato fries instead of the regular ones they ordered not to mention missing 3 of my coworkers completely. I myself am a shake shack girl all the way when it comes to a good burger this to me is just OK. By the time the food got here it was cold but I expected that. I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger on a onion bun. The bun was a bit soggy, meat was nothing special just tasted like a regular olé burger. Bacon was not crisp like I hoped for. Sweet potato fries I’m sure were great when fresh but mine were soggy. When it comes to be satisfying my burger craving I will be looking elseware.

After my disappointing Five Guys burger, Smashburger was able to heal my broken heart and satisfy my craving for juicy burger! The cheeseburger was hot and juicy with delicious toppings. The smash fries were nicely seasoned. Unfortunately their burger is thin compared to Five Guys. But that did not bother me. If you want mushroom on your burger, it will be an extra $ 1. The only complain I have was that they were slow cleaning the table. We wanted to sit near the window and the two seats that were open still had cups and burger wraps sitting on the table. After waiting almost 5 minutes, my boyfriend clear the table for us to sit down. But the manager did come over and apologize for the slow service. All the staff there were really nice actually. Very attentive. Price wise, it is very similar to Five Guy’s price. Two large(there are two sizes) burgers, one fries came out to be about $ 18.

I am not impressed with smash burger; I have now eaten here three times to triple confirm my assessment. For starters, I find the concept of smashing a burger into a thin patty and grilling it counterproductive. Flattening the burger patty makes it nearly impossible to cook a sufficiently juicy burger while at the same time amplifies incorrect seasoning(such as over-salting) to make it far more noticeable during consumption. Perhaps there is a way to do this correctly, but in my experience smash burger is their own worst enemy. The final product is a greasy, salty, borderline funky abomination. I have a three strike rule when it comes to low Unilocal ratings, I did not visit once and have a bad experience; the results are confirmed, this burger sucks. The fries on the other hand were actually pretty decent, but not decent enough to stop me from leaving this horrible one star review. I will not be back. Edit: 9÷8÷14 — Ok, I’m back. For some strange reason I thought it would be fun to go back and try a different type of Smash Burger to see if I was mistaken in my previous review(some people seem to like it here and i wanted to be sure). Nope, Still the same good old dusty one-star joint. With the same overcooked, salty, bun-is-too-big-for-the-burger experience. Good sweet potato fries, but compared to Bobby’s or Zin the fries fall flat on their face… I have come to the conclusion that the people eating here must not know any better… A five minute drive in ANY direction will get you a MUCH better burger! Over and out.
