Now that my father is retired and has some time to spend enjoying life, I offered to help them with updating their TV, stereo, etc. Being across the country I found and contacted Lowell Edwards to meet with my father and give us an estimate. He had excellent recommendations on things like theater seating and components that we hadn’t thought of. Those kinds of touches were very helpful and he really recommended things that he thought would work for us and did not just try to sell us things we didn’t need. I appreciated that not being able to be there.
They were patient with my non-​tech father in helping him understand how to use everything and I know my folks love the new additions.
I could have tried to do this for less money, but you get what you pay for. If you are looking for great quality work and solid service, I highly recommend them.

We were very impressed with Lowell and his services when first speaking with him about our home theater setup. Unfortunately, the personal and custom service promised on his website was nonexistent after our initial talks. He uses subcontractors for his work, and his operations are very disorganized. The quality of his work does not match the unreasonably high cost he charges. Definitely stay away!

I found these guys through a friend here in San Francisco. I am adding a big screen TV and home theater seating and they really took care of me. The items shipped to me promptly, the price was competitive and they followed up after delivery to make sure I was not having any install problems since they were across the country.
I highly recommend them.
