If I could give a NEGATIVE 1 star I would. HORRIBLE!!! STAY AWAY!!!
I visited this facility about a year ago but am just writing a review now because I just found out Richard Heins, the licensed ophthalmic dispenser and technician, outright lied to me about the materials my very expensive lenses were made from. I only know this because I now need new glasses since the pair made by Hackensack Optical never seemed quite right and my insurance allows me to get another pair.
Rich is a nice enough guy but has no clue how to handle anything out of the ordinary. If you get your prescription from anyone other than Dr. Liva they make you feel like a criminal.
There is no customer service, either Rich is in or he is not and the receptionists could care less about taking a message or your concern.
I was EXTREMELY disappointed and angry I was lied to and will absolutely make sure anyone who needs glasses or contacts is warned about this HORRIBLE business. I would have been better off ordering glasses blindly online.
