I got into an accident a few weeks ago. My Toyota Camry was definitely hurt. Don and Bill fixed my car perfectly! I would recommend this place to any one. They also gave me a great price on doing a bumper on my wife’s car which I’m having done next week.

Terrible service — I would agree with the other Unilocaler — STAYAWAY 1. They promised my car would be done within 10 business days. I did not get it back for over a month and a half. 2. I am still having issues with the car. It had stalled on me several times and has left me stranded. The first time, they towed it back to the body shop and left me on my own to find a way to get home in the cold. 3. After I got it back again — the check engine light came on within a day so they told me to take it to the dealer. Unfortunately, I did not make it that far. I was stranded in NYC late at night and had to have Mazda roadside assistance tow my car. This time, I had them take it to the dealer because I REFUSED to have these guys take my car again. 4. After they«fixed» the issue the first time, I got my car back with scratched all over ym leather steering wheel. I decided to leave it as is because THATS how much I refuse to go back to them. 5. HORRIBLE follow ups. In fact, the only phone calls I ever received from them was when they were trying to win my business over. After that I was the one who had to constantly call them and each time they seemed annoyed that I was bothering them. 6. They did not fix the issues with my car, I had to have my dealership finish off the work since they clearly were unable to do it right the first 3 times. 7. When I called this morning to speak the one of the owners(Don or Bill — they sound alike), he gave me such attitude and I quote«cut to the chase, Paul — no need to give me a book». How dare he. 8. These are much older gentlemen who don’t seem to know too much when it comes to business and retaining customers. I am shocked such an establishment is still in business. I made a HUGE mistake getting into this mess.

STAYAWAY from this place. Specially if you’re a woman. They are full if crap. Initially they told me they would fix my car in 7 business days but it took then 6 weeks. Charged me $ 6,000 for a new bumper, new door that did not need to be replaced but they figure might as well since I’m a girl, I wouldn’t no the difference, «new» tire but it wasn’t new, I know what a new tire looks like. So after they«fixed» my car I have been getting water in my trunk when it rains because when they put the glass back they did it wrong. 90 days guarantee expired so there’s nothing they can do for me. THISPLACEIS A TRAP
