The sign on the window of the office clearly states: Emergencies and Walk-​Ins Welcomed.
We arrived 10 minutes after opening at 10am. I explained to the receptionist that my husband was in severe pain. The receptionist replied that he would NOT be able to be seen as the office was booked. I replied, «so you don’t take emergencies or walk-​ins.» She stated that they only see emergencies and walk-​ins if they have available appointments. There was not even a drop of compassion in her voice. I asked if she could recommend a dentist who could see us. She stated she didn’t live around here and couldn’t help us. We left, and took a chance stopping by a local dentist. The receptionist was compassionate to our needs and had us wait to see the doctor who took care of us immediately. Thank God there are still Medical Professionals who care.
